Movers are not obligated to move your goods for the estimate they have quoted?

Estimate terms and what they mean?
Non-binding estimate: A non-binding estimate provides you with a general idea of what the move will cost. A visit will be scheduled where the mover will complete a binding estimate.
Binding estimate: A binding estimate is the final cost to you. The mover is legally bound to this price.

An office move quote accounts for the number of workstations, the volume of furniture and equipment, floor access, elevator availability, and the preferred move window such as evenings or weekends. These factors affect crew size and time required, so an on-site or detailed walkthrough assessment gives you the most accurate price.
